What Are You Working For?

Philip Boucher-Hayes takes a look at the nation’s pay packets tackling everything from gender pay gaps and the ‘gig economy’ to what we most value about our jobs. The one-hour documentary also looks at why some occupations are more respected and valued than others, and questions if praise is as good (or even better) than a pay rise.
