Hugh Mulhern is a multi-award-winning director celebrated for his bold visual storytelling and his ability to elicit and convey emotion. His work often fuses surrealism with dark humor, creating a uniquely compelling style. He has directed acclaimed videos for artists such as Hak Baker and Fontaines D.C., and has collaborated with global brands including H&M, John Lewis, and EA Sports. His inventive approach has earned him top honors at the British Arrows, Cannes Young Director Awards, UKMVAs, and the Kinsale Sharks. He is now poised to make his feature debut with It Comes In Waves — a genre-bending horror film.

Richard leads the studio—inspiring our multidisciplinary team, scouting emerging global talent and driving exploration of cutting edge technology. With his years of insight working with creatives, he translates studio briefs and collaborates with clients to produce award winning work.

Richard also develops original IP and builds creative partnerships with global brands. He has collaborated with some of the world’s leading names, including Juventus Football Club, Takara Tomy, Heineken, Three Mobile, Virgin Media, and Citroën.

Richard once designed Ireland’s first circular stamp.
