Richard once designed Ireland’s first circular stamp.

As Executive Creative Director, he has led the evolution into an award-winning interdisciplinary studio.

The Managing Director of Piranha Bar brings over 20 years of experience at the forefront of the UK’s creative industry, having worked with leading agencies, broadcasters and production companies.
He has created major campaigns for global brands including Nike, LVMH, YouTube, WWF, Stella Artois, and IKEA, as well as cultural institutions such as The Tate, Somerset House, and NTS Radio.
James has held key roles at Mother, Channel 4, Uncommon Studio, and the BBC.

Caleb leads Piranha Bar’s Broadcast department — where some of the biggest global TV formats are cut, polished and delivered.
With an established history in broadcast media, he brings a blend of technical expertise, problem solving and creative instinct. Delivering programming for both national and global broadcasters such as RTE, Virgin Media, Sky, Amazon Prime and Netflix. His credit list as a post producer includes high-profile series like Traitors, Last One Laughing, Dancing with the Stars and Gogglebox.
He considers this his second job, still firmly believing there's a chance for a football career in his thirties.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial and branded entertainment, Emily leads Piranha Bar’s production team across live action, animation, motion design, and visual effects. Her lateral thinking and desire to create ambitious work ensures complex, multi-format projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery.
Emily’s collaborative spirit and keen design sensibility have helped shape award-winning work for global brands such as Juventus Football Club, Takara Tomy, Heineken, Three Mobile, and RTÉ.

Lizzie is a creative producer working across branded content, animation, IP and VFX, animation and long-form content.
She helps shape our slate of original projects and digital releases while producing shared and branded content for global partners.
Her credits include producer on the 156-episode preschool series Mya Go, VFX producer on Netflix’s Bodkin, and production manager on James Doherty’s acclaimed short Neon Meets Argon. She has also produced global branded entertainment for Juventus Football Club and Takara Tomy.
